Two markets in one city

HITEC City and the surrounding technology corridor behave like an enterprise B2B market: long research cycles, LinkedIn-heavy, and search terms that describe problems rather than services. The rest of the city behaves like a normal Indian metro, where local search, map pack presence and mobile speed decide who gets the call.

Trying to serve both with the same pages produces something that convinces neither. Which one you are actually selling to should determine the whole strategy, and it is the first question we would ask.

Pharmaceutical and healthcare

Hyderabad has a genuinely large pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, and search in these categories is heavily regulated in terms of what you can claim. Content needs to be accurate and carefully worded, and advertising in health categories is subject to platform restrictions that catch a lot of businesses out after they have already spent money.

Competition level

Below Mumbai and Bangalore, above Kolkata and Jaipur. Realistically that means four to six months to meaningful commercial results for most categories, assuming the technical foundations are sound to begin with.
