Terms and Conditions

Scope of work

Work is defined in a written proposal agreed before it starts. Anything outside that proposal is quoted separately rather than absorbed, so both sides know what is included.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes or sales figures. Search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties who change their systems without notice, and no agency can promise outcomes on systems it does not control.

We do commit to carrying out the agreed work competently and to reporting results honestly, including when results are poor.

Payment

Fees, currency and payment schedule are set out in your proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Work may be paused on materially overdue accounts, and we will always tell you before that happens.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the access, approvals and information the work requires, and for the accuracy and legality of any material you supply to us for publication.

Ownership

Content and assets we produce for you become yours once paid for. Advertising accounts, analytics properties and website access remain yours throughout, including if the engagement ends.

Ending the engagement

Either side may end an engagement with the notice period stated in the proposal. Work completed up to that point is payable. We will hand over access and files without obstruction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
